Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report activity through approved communication channels.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, truck yards, loading dock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle flow at designated access points, verify appointments and/or shipping documentation as required by site procedures, and direct traffic to appropriate staging areas.Perform access control for employees, contractors, and visitors, including checking identification and/or issuing visitor credentials per site policy.Observe and report security-related concerns such as damaged fencing, propped doors, suspicious behavior, and/or restricted area violations, and document findings in written and/or electronic logs.Assist with incident response activities such as fire alarms, medical calls, and facility emergencies, including coordinating notifications and supporting site evacuation procedures when directed.Support loss prevention and cargo protection efforts by maintaining visible presence in shipping and receiving areas and reporting unusual conditions and/or potential theft indicators.Operate site communication equipment and complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and pass-down logs per Allied Universal and client site requirements.Minimum Requirements:
