As a Security Officer - Warehouse Reception in Nazareth, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, helping manage access, verify credentials, and support visitor check-in procedures. You will monitor activity from a central post, communicate professionally with site leadership, and help address security-related concerns with integrity. Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, drivers, and vendors; answering phones; and supporting customer and employee inquiries in a professional manner.Manage access control by processing sign-in and sign-out logs, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining orderly lobby traffic to help to deter unauthorized entry.Monitor security-related systems and communications, document unusual activity, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with incident documentation, and supporting emergency procedures when appropriate.Minimum Requirements:
