As a Security Officer - Warehouse Center - Full Time in Monee, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Warehouse, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer-focused service. You will conduct routine patrol rounds, report observations, and support site teams with a professional, people-first approach rooted in integrity and teamwork. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and operational concerns.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; observe for unusual conditions and report findings per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with site leadership and/or public responders as directed.Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate updates during shift turnovers, and assist with access control tasks such as directing foot traffic, verifying authorization when assigned, and documenting entries and/or deliveries.Minimum Requirements:
