As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol in Kihei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and document observations with clear, professional communication. You will also assist tenants, visitors, and property staff with customer-focused service, while living our values of being agile, reliable, and innovative, and delivering through teamwork with integrity.

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points and property activity, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with visitor management in accordance with post orders.Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from on-site personnel and/or local emergency services when appropriate.Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and maintenance and/or hazard notifications for property management follow-up.Minimum Requirements:
