As a Security Officer - Utility Access Control in Jenks, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a utilities location, you will help support a secure environment by managing site entry points, verifying credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and vehicle logs. Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures at a utilities location, including verifying identification, processing visitors, issuing badges and/or credentials, and maintaining entry and exit logs.Monitor gates, lobbies, and/or controlled access points using security-related systems, including cameras, alarms, and visitor management tools, and report irregular activity per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities and communicating with site personnel and/or first responders as directed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.Complete security-related reports and required documentation, including incident reports, shift activity logs, and equipment checklists, and promptly escalate concerns through the chain of command.Minimum Requirements:
