As a Security Officer - University Rover Patrol in Cheyney, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer in an education location, you will monitor and patrol campus buildings and grounds, perform routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support students, staff, and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting using a computer or tablet. Guided by Allied Universal values, you will act with integrity, adapt quickly, and partner with the team to deliver reliable, people-first service.

Provide customer service at an education location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disruptive behavior, and medical or fire alarms as directed by site procedures.Monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns observed during patrols, and complete accurate written reports and shift logs per Allied Universal and site requirements.Support students, faculty, staff, and visitors with directions and general assistance, and coordinate with campus staff and/or local emergency services when escalation is needed.Minimum Requirements:
