As a Security Officer - Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Dupont, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and communications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, support access control expectations, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team. Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology campus or data-driven workplace.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, fire alarms, disorderly conduct, suspicious activity, and policy violations.Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter routes, as assigned by post orders.Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor traffic, verifying credentials when directed, and following established access control procedures.Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and radios, and report irregular conditions to the appropriate contacts.Document incidents, patrol activity, and unusual observations using written reports and/or electronic reporting tools in accordance with site requirements.Provide assistance with workplace disruptions, deliveries, and contractor activity by coordinating with site contacts and following site policies.Support emergency and evacuation procedures by providing direction to occupants as instructed, communicating updates by radio, and assisting first responders upon arrival.Maintain a professional presence, follow post orders, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding daily operations and emerging concerns.Minimum Requirements:
