As a Security Officer - Medical Facility Patrol in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors through strong customer service, clear communication, and timely response to concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear directions to staff, patients, and visitors as needed.Control access by monitoring entrances, checking credentials where required, and/or directing visitors to appropriate check-in points in accordance with site procedures.Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activity, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:
