As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and report concerns. You will support access control, assist employees and visitors with professional customer service and communication, and work as part of a team. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and warehouse location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and operational disruptions through the site’s established channels.Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unsafe behaviors.Control access by monitoring doors, gates, and visitor entry points, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation, and directing visitors and drivers to appropriate check-in areas.Monitor inbound and outbound truck traffic by observing yard activity, assisting with driver check-in, and documenting arrival and departure information per site procedures.Perform exterior and interior patrols with attention to critical assets such as raw material storage, finished goods areas, and restricted rooms, escalating concerns per post orders.Complete routine documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports with clear, factual details.Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and access control devices when assigned, and coordinate responses with onsite contacts.Assist during emergency situations such as fire alarms, severe weather, and medical incidents by following site instructions, notifying appropriate personnel, and supporting orderly movement to designated areas.Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and transportation partners while enforcing site rules, including PPE requirements and restricted-area controls, when applicable.Minimum Requirements:
