Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Control access at gates, guard shacks, and/or entry points by verifying identification, confirming delivery and pickup appointments, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor and driver logs.Coordinate with warehouse and transportation staff to direct trucks and visitors to designated docks, staging areas, and parking locations while supporting a smooth flow of inbound and outbound traffic.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.Conduct regular and random patrols of entry areas, dock zones, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
