As a Security Officer - Transit Monitor Full-Time in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation when appropriate and timely notification of site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas, documenting observations and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity.Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations in accordance with site procedures.Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrols, and daily activities, and support security-related investigations by preserving information and coordinating with authorized personnel as needed.Minimum Requirements:
