As a Security Officer - Telecom Lobby in Spartanburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor access points and key areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document activities, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while providing customer-focused support. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and post orders.Monitor alarms, CCTV, and communication systems, documenting activity and reporting unusual conditions per site policies.Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate internal personnel and/or emergency services when required.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.Complete detailed reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate shift pass-down information to Allied Universal leadership and/or the client representative.

Minimum Requirements:
