Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and access control, and coordinate notifications and response per post orders.Dispatch officers and/or appropriate resources via radio, phone, and computer systems, tracking unit status and priorities throughout the shift.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering details, relaying instructions, and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.Complete accurate security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
