As a Security Officer - Tech Screener - Day Shifts in Greenwood, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener at a fast-paced tech location, you will welcome employees and visitors, support access control with badge checks and entry screening, and complete visible patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document activity, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver a customer-focused experience. Provide customer service to visitors and personnel by following site-specific security-related procedures, including entry screening and access verification at a tech workplace.Operate screening equipment and perform manual screening as required, confirming credentials, visitor logs, and delivery documentation per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communication channels, documenting unusual activity and reporting per policy to help to deter unauthorized access.Conduct routine inspections of entrances, lobbies, and adjacent interior areas, with working environments and conditions varying by location.Minimum Requirements:
