As a Security Officer - Retail Dispatch in Mason, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a busy retail and mall location, you will help coordinate security-related responses, monitor cameras and alarms, track access control activity, and support officers in the field through clear radio and computer-based communication. You will be a calm, customer-focused point of contact, helping to deter incidents through timely information sharing and accurate documentation, while living our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, integrity-driven culture.

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following site-specific security-related procedures, retail location policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.Operate the dispatch function by monitoring radios, phones, and/or CCTV systems, receiving calls for service, and coordinating responses with on-site personnel and local responders when required.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, documenting actions taken, and escalating concerns per post orders.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, and perimeter, watching for unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations and reporting findings.Complete required security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation in a timely manner, and communicate updates to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:
