As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access Desk in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, track visitors and deliveries, and support security-related screening and documentation. You will conduct routine patrols nearby, stay highly visible to help reduce incidents, and provide clear, professional customer service to employees and drivers. You will succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture that puts people first.

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Control entry and exit at gates and/or access points by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, and directing traffic flow to designated areas.Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments by checking bills of lading and/or shipping documentation, confirming trailer numbers and seal information, and reporting discrepancies per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision as required.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including building entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter lines, documenting findings and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.Minimum Requirements:
