As a Security Officer in Appleton, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine rounds across assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that may help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting using a computer and/or tablet. You will deliver customer-focused service through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity, representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative approach while helping protect people, property, and operations.

Provide customer service to guests, employees, contractors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, fire alarms, and/or facility disruptions.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by verifying identification, checking credentials, and directing authorized visitors per site procedures.Monitor and report unusual activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and promptly notify site contacts and/or local responders as required.Complete detailed shift documentation, including patrol logs, incident reports, and passdown notes using written and/or electronic reporting tools.Support compliance with site rules related to restricted areas, badging, photography limitations, and/or controlled items by providing guidance and reporting issues through established channels.Coordinate with site representatives and Allied Universal supervision during heightened operational periods, special movements, and/or weather events to maintain orderly site operations.Perform key control and property receipt processes as assigned, and report missing items and/or irregularities through the proper reporting chain.Participate in briefings and on-the-job training, and follow post orders, communication protocols, and escalation procedures.Minimum Requirements:
