Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Control access to the property by checking identification and/or access credentials, managing visitor registration, and directing guests to the appropriate destination per site procedures.Monitor entrances, lobbies, and loading or delivery areas for unusual activity, and document access activity, incidents, and service requests in required logs and reports.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when possible and contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify maintenance or policy concerns.Minimum Requirements:
