As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Rosemount, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support associates and visitors with strong customer service. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to issues with professionalism. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing clear communication and timely notifications to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail distribution location, including interior areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, trailer yards, and loading dock approaches as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.Monitor access points such as guard shacks, gates, and building entrances, verifying credentials and directing traffic flow for employees, visitors, and/or contractors according to site procedures.Assist with vehicle and delivery activity by observing inbound and outbound truck traffic, checking seals when required, and documenting arrivals and departures per post orders.Observe for and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards that may contribute to loss, disruption, or property damage, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or theft.Complete written and electronic reports, including incident reports, daily activity logs, and/or shift pass-down notes with accurate, detailed information.Use site systems such as radios, phones, and/or video monitoring to support security-related operations, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.Support emergency and contingency procedures such as alarms, medical situations, fire-related notifications, and/or severe weather actions as directed by post orders.Maintain a professional presence, follow uniform standards, and interact respectfully with the public while enforcing site rules and procedures.Minimum Requirements:
