As a Security Officer - Neighborhood Patrol Driver in Mount Vernon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Allied Universal Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service, documenting activity and supporting site operations through teamwork and integrity. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license and compliance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access control points and verify identification and/or visitor authorization, maintaining visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting spills, leaks, fires, medical incidents, and suspicious activity to site management and/or local responders as directed.Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate hazards and operational concerns to oncoming personnel and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:
