Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and entertainment setting.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, assisting with guest concerns, and coordinating with site management and/or local authorities as needed.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, entrances, game and bowling areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter, observing for unusual activity and potential policy violations.Control access to restricted areas, monitor entrances and exits, and help to deter theft, vandalism, and disorderly conduct through a professional presence and consistent policy enforcement.Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during shift handoff, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant details.Minimum Requirements:
