As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist with access control and badge processes. You will monitor assigned areas, respond to alarms and/or calls for service, document activity using computer or tablet tools, and deliver customer-focused support with clear communication. Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, as directed by post orders.Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization where required, and directing visitors, vendors, and deliveries to the appropriate areas.Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns or unusual activity through established channels.Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.- Have customer service experience, preferred.- Be able to lift more than 20 lbs, preferred.- Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
