Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floor areas, entrances and/or exits, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, trespass, and other unwanted activity.Observe and report suspicious behavior, potential policy violations, and/or maintenance hazards; document observations in daily activity logs and incident reports per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store management and/or local law enforcement when needed.Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, directing visitors and/or deliveries to appropriate areas, and supporting crowd control during peak shopping periods or special events.Minimum Requirements:
