What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floor areas, entrances and/or exits, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, trespass, and other unwanted activity.Observe and report suspicious behavior, potential policy violations, and/or maintenance hazards; document observations in daily activity logs and incident reports per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store management and/or local law enforcement when needed.Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, directing visitors and/or deliveries to appropriate areas, and supporting crowd control during peak shopping periods or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
