As a Security Officer - Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with clear communication and customer service. You will document activity using a computer or tablet and respond to requests as needed. Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.Control access at designated points by monitoring visitor flow, verifying authorization when required, and directing people to appropriate departments while maintaining a professional presence.Complete detailed reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and shift handoff notes, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.Minimum Requirements:
