As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors, and document observations as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate status to the appropriate contacts.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas including corridors, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, and report concerns according to site procedures.Complete patrol and incident reports and maintain accurate logs per site requirements, and support Allied Universal and/or client management with follow-up documentation as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
