As a Security Officer - Mall Foot Patrol in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a high-end retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will support store teams by observing for loss prevention concerns, responding to alarms and/or incidents, and delivering polished customer service and clear communication. Provide customer service to clients and store teams by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, back-of-house areas, stockrooms, receiving docks, and common areas to help to deter theft and/or other unwanted activity.Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic shopping areas, observing for suspicious behavior and/or policy violations and reporting concerns per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, disturbances, and/or property damage reports as directed.Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, communicating observations to management, and completing written incident reports and activity logs.Control access to restricted areas when assigned, verifying credentials and/or delivery documentation according to site procedures.Use radio communications and/or phone systems to coordinate with onsite staff and Allied Universal leadership, escalating issues to local authorities when appropriate.Complete required patrols and inspections, noting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unsecured doors and reporting findings through approved channels.Minimum Requirements:
