As a Security Officer - Lobby Screener in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a tech, media, and/or telecom location, you will help control access by screening visitors, verifying credentials, and supporting orderly entry processes. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents while providing clear communication and customer service. You will bring an agile, reliable, innovative mindset, teamwork, and integrity to every interaction.

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control and security-related procedures for a tech, media, and/or telecom location.Screen persons and property entering the facility using approved methods such as ID verification, visitor logging, bag inspection, and magnetometer and/or x-ray screening, as assigned.Monitor alarms, CCTV, and entry points; report unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a consistent presence at designated screening posts.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities and notifying site leadership and/or public responders as needed.Complete required documentation such as screening logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:
