Security Officer

Location: Litchfield County, CT

Position Overview

We are seeking a Flexible Security Officer to support multiple locations throughout the Litchfield County. This role requires a dependable and adaptable individual who can quickly adjust to changing schedules and site needs.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitorsPerform routine patrols and site inspectionsMonitor access control and respond to security incidentsFollow established security procedures and report all activity accuratelyProvide excellent customer service while representing the organization professionally

Requirements

Flexible availability; must be able to work 2 different shifts as neededStrong communication and situational awarenessAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsReliable transportation to travel between sites in Northern Fairfield CountyPrior security experience is preferred but not required (can edit based on your needs)
