As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Greeneville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a positive experience through clear communication and customer service. Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and help manage the flow of employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.Verify identification and/or required authorization for entry, and direct visitors to proper check-in locations based on site-specific policies.Observe and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or hazards, and document findings according to Allied Universal and site procedures.Operate security-related systems such as CCTV, access control, and/or alarm monitoring equipment as assigned, and communicate issues to the appropriate contacts.Complete written and/or electronic incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation with clear and accurate details.Support shipping and receiving areas by observing trailer yards, gates, and delivery traffic patterns, and reporting irregular activity per post orders.Communicate professionally with client staff, drivers, and visitors to provide directions, answer questions, and help resolve access-related concerns.Participate in drills and follow site emergency procedures for fire, severe weather, medical incidents, and/or evacuations as directed.Perform additional duties as assigned by site supervision and/or Allied Universal leadership in support of site operations.Minimum Requirements:
