As a Security Officer - Retail Rounds Driver in Jurupa Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, supporting mobile patrols, checks of exterior areas, and responsive assistance to customers and tenants. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and represent Allied Universal with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail and/or mall location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior common areas, exterior walkways, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, open doors, or suspicious conditions.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when required, and providing clear directions to patrons and staff.Monitor entrances, corridors, loading and/or receiving areas, and parking areas as assigned, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts.Complete accurate reports and activity logs, document incidents, and communicate observations and/or policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.Minimum Requirements:
