As a Security Officer - Inbound Screening in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help manage access points by screening people and vehicles, checking credentials, and confirming deliveries and pickups. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and document activity with clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to onsite personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Screen employees, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the location using approved screening methods and equipment, following site protocols.Verify identification and required credentials, issue visitor passes when directed, and maintain visitor and contractor logs.Monitor access points such as lobby entrances, warehouse entry doors, and yard gates to help to deter unauthorized entry.Inspect incoming and outgoing items, deliveries, and parcels as required by post orders, reporting exceptions per procedure.Support vehicle and driver processing at entrances by confirming appointment information, directing traffic flow, and escalating irregularities to site leadership.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing notifications and documentation as required.Conduct regular and random patrols of building areas, dock zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting unusual conditions.Operate communication systems such as radios and phones to coordinate security-related responses and/or request assistance when needed.Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and screening logs with accurate, timely details per site requirements.Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuation support, access control during alarms, and coordination with responding agencies per post orders.Follow confidentiality expectations for shipping operations, routing information, and personnel data encountered during screening and access control duties.

Minimum Requirements:
