What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior corridors, lobbies, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or public responders as needed.Monitor access points and key areas, observing for unusual conditions, unauthorized entry, and/or security-related concerns; report findings per post orders.Complete detailed reports of patrol activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate timely updates to appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:
