What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with site leadership and/or public agency partners as directed.Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorization when required, and document entries, exits, and other activity per site procedures.Complete accurate reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and daily observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and the site point of contact.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of security-related experience.Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
