Security Officer
Full-Time, Second Shift
Job Requirements:
Receiving general direction from the Security Director, Coordinator, or designee, enforces Hospital regulations, provides a safe and secure environment for hospital patients, visitors and employees. The Security Officer will enforce hospital policies and security regulations through active monitoring and patrolling of Baptist property by continuously watching and reporting of potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences. As determined by supervisory personnel, the Security officer investigates complaints or potential criminal conduct; assists in restraining patients as necessary; provides protective services.Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or EquivalentMust obtain Basic Life Support (BLS)-American Heart Association within 90 DaysMust obtain Aegis within 90 DaysMust obtain Taser 7 certification within 90 DaysMust obtain Basic International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) certification within 6 monthsBenefits:
