What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to onsite staff, tenants, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, labs, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unwanted behavior.Monitor access points and support badge and/or visitor management processes, directing guests to the proper destinations and documenting access activity per site requirements.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, medical calls, and/or workplace disturbances, and escalating to public services when needed.Complete security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate key information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:
