Provide customer service to clients at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, stock areas as permitted, entrances and exits, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.Monitor customer and associate activity for unusual behavior, respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or law enforcement as appropriate.Control access and support traffic flow at entry points, receiving areas, and parking areas, including checking deliveries and/or directing visitors per site requirements.Complete reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal management and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:
