What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Manage access control at gates and/or lobbies by verifying identification and credentials, issuing visitor authorizations as directed, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.Screen deliveries, service providers, and vehicles in accordance with location requirements, directing traffic flow and reporting irregular activity or policy exceptions to site leadership.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter, reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns through required communication channels.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
