Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading and service corridors, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and assist with visitor and/or contractor sign-in procedures in accordance with site instructions.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or public responders as directed.Perform security-related inspections for irregular conditions such as unlocked doors, propped entrances, damaged gates, suspicious items, and/or unauthorized persons, and report findings per post orders.Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.Minimum Requirements:
