As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team, and provide customer service with a people-first approach. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests and contractors to the appropriate locations.Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions to supervision and/or site leadership.Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift logs with clear, detailed information.Assist with traffic flow and deliveries by verifying appointments, guiding commercial vehicles to staging areas, and communicating with receiving and/or shipping teams.Support enforcement of site rules related to restricted areas, prohibited items, and badge compliance, using a professional, service-oriented approach.Perform foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols as assigned, adapting to indoor and outdoor conditions and varying environments around the facility.Communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervision, site management, and team members using radio and/or phone to coordinate responses and share updates.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
