Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting additional assistance as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including public areas, clinical and administrative spaces, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned.Monitor access points and visitor flow, help to verify authorization for entry to restricted areas, and report access concerns per location procedures.Observe and report suspicious activity, unsecured doors, hazardous conditions, and policy violations, and document observations according to post orders.Complete security-related reports, incident documentation, and shift logs with accurate details and timely communication to site leadership and Allied Universal management.Provide assistance during medical and facility emergencies as directed, including coordinating with clinical staff, local responders, and/or management per location procedures.Operate location equipment as assigned, which may include radios, CCTV, access control systems, and visitor management tools, and report malfunctions promptly.Support loss prevention and pharmacy area procedures as assigned by observing, reporting, and coordinating with management and/or law enforcement when required.Maintain a professional presence and appearance, follow site-specific post orders, and communicate respectfully with patients, visitors, and staff.Minimum Requirements:
