Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a tech, media, and/or telecom location.Screen employees, contractors, and visitors at designated entry points by verifying identification, confirming access authorization, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas.Operate and monitor access control systems, visitor management tools, and related screening equipment, and report irregularities per site policy.Assist with badge issuance and retrieval processes, including checking credentials, maintaining access logs, and escalating access concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting details, and supporting response actions as directed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and/or conditions and reporting concerns per post orders.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, and communicate observed issues to the appropriate contacts for follow-up.Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, including visitor activity, screening results, and noteworthy events, in accordance with site procedures.Assist with workplace conduct and policy compliance at entry points, including managing lines, maintaining professional communication, and resolving minor issues when possible.Support emergency procedures such as evacuation, shelter instructions, and medical response coordination when directed, and help to guide occupants to designated assembly areas per site policy.Minimum Requirements:
