As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a high-end retail location, you will welcome guests, manage access control and badging, and support security-related operations with clear, professional communication. You will stay visible at the entry point, help to deter unwanted activity, respond to questions and concerns, and document key activity using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors and store associates by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at the front desk.Control access by greeting entrants, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining sign-in and/or sign-out logs.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems from the front desk, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel to help to deter theft and other incidents.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate and completing required notifications.Document shift activity, incident details, and visitor information in written reports, and communicate key updates during shift changes.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
