Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.Control access at entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor passes and/or badges, maintaining visitor and vendor logs, and directing authorized guests to appropriate destinations.Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other access control systems, reporting irregular activity and/or maintenance concerns through established channels.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services as directed and completing required documentation.Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or property issues; working environments and conditions may vary by site.Minimum Requirements:
