Provide customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Control access by greeting and verifying visitors, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and notifying tenants and/or property management of arrivals in accordance with site procedures.Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report suspicious activity and/or policy concerns to property management and Allied Universal supervision.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting details, and assisting with area access control as directed.Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift activity logs, and access documentation, and provide clear communication during shift handoff to support consistent front desk operations.Minimum Requirements:
