As a Security Officer - Federal Facility Rover in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.Control access points by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor entry, and directing guests and vendors according to site requirements.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems when assigned, reporting irregular activity and documenting observations.Complete routine reports and incident documentation, including patrol logs and activity summaries, in accordance with site policy.Provide directions and general assistance to employees and visitors, supporting an orderly environment in lobbies, corridors, and common areas.Assist with traffic and parking flow during peak periods, deliveries, and special events, following site procedures and local guidance.Support emergency procedures such as evacuations, severe weather actions, and building lockdown processes when directed by site policy.Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management and site representatives to communicate updates, address concerns, and follow post orders.Minimum Requirements:
