As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol Rounds in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and report concerns clearly and professionally. You will provide customer service, communicate with site personnel, and document activity while supporting a culture that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven. This position requires a valid drivers license meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements.

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, tank farms, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity or hazardous conditions to site contacts.Control access at gates and other entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing authorized traffic per site requirements.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site leadership and/or first responders, and completing detailed incident reports.Monitor alarms, radios, phones, and camera systems when assigned, and complete shift activity reports, patrol logs, and other documentation per client and Allied Universal requirements.Minimum Requirements:
