Provide customer service to clients at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, office areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.Monitor access points and visitor flow, verifying credentials and/or authorization in accordance with site-specific policies.Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, and complete timely written reports and incident documentation.Use site systems and communications tools to coordinate responses, including radios, phones, and/or access control platforms as assigned.Assist with de-escalation of conflicts and customer concerns, using a respectful, service-focused approach consistent with Allied Universal expectations.Support emergency and non-emergency procedures such as evacuations, severe weather response, and medical response, as directed by site-specific protocols.Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions while maintaining a professional presence and adhering to post orders and client requirements.Minimum Requirements:
