What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, answering phones as assigned, and supporting a professional lobby experience.Manage visitor processing by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and notifying hosts of arrivals.Support access control by monitoring entry points near the reception area, helping to deter unauthorized entry, and escalating concerns per site procedures.Monitor security-related systems as assigned, including cameras, alarms, and intercoms, and communicate observed issues to the appropriate contacts.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and building notifications.Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and shift activity using approved reporting tools and site documentation requirements.Coordinate with building management, onsite personnel, and emergency responders during incidents, following post orders and communication protocols.Maintain awareness of restricted areas and confidentiality expectations common to financial services environments, sharing information only on a need-to-know basis.Support package and delivery procedures at the front desk, including logging deliveries, notifying recipients, and following site-specific screening requirements when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
