As a Security Officer - Auto Plant Patrol in Novi, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor grounds and facilities through routine foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document observations, assist with access control, and support site teams with integrity. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive manufacturing and/or office location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, directing visitor check-in, and maintaining sign-in and/or key control logs as required by site procedures.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other site systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and coordinating notifications according to post orders.Perform foot and/or vehicle patrols to check doors, gates, loading areas, and common spaces for unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.Assist with traffic flow and parking guidance for employees, deliveries, and visitors during peak arrival and departure periods and/or special events.Support shipping and receiving and/or delivery driver routing by directing vehicles to approved staging areas and reporting unauthorized drop-offs or pick-ups.Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift pass-down information with clear, timely, and accurate details.Communicate professionally with site management, employees, contractors, and/or emergency services as needed, using radio, phone, and written reporting channels.Minimum Requirements:
