Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Staff an access control post at a residential community entrance and/or lobby, verifying authorization for entry using approved methods such as resident lists, guest logs, and visitor passes.Greet and screen visitors in a courteous manner, confirm destinations, and provide directions or instructions in line with site requirements.Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entry and exit points, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly flow through gates and/or controlled doors.Issue, track, and recover visitor passes, parking permits, and other access credentials as directed by site policy.Operate and monitor access control systems, intercoms, and related equipment, reporting malfunctions and documenting actions taken per post orders.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate parties such as site management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when required.Complete required reports such as incident reports, daily activity logs, and visitor logs with accurate, timely information.Perform routine checks of doors, gates, and common area access points to confirm they are secured according to site procedures.Assist with resident service requests within post scope, and escalate concerns to the appropriate contact per site protocol.Minimum Requirements:
